This Refund Policy applies to digital products, online courses, and mentorship programs purchased on samgreennaija.com.

1. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all digital products, online courses, and mentorship programs, unless a product page clearly states a different policy.

The 30 day period starts from your purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@samgreennaija.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Product name

  • A short reason for the request

3. Digital products and online courses

If your refund request is approved, we may remove access to the course or digital product.

You must not:

  • Share your login or files

  • Resell or redistribute our content

  • Upload our content anywhere online or offline

If we find clear abuse, we may refuse the refund request.

4. Mentorship program refunds

Mentorship refunds have an extra condition.

To qualify for a mentorship refund:

  • You must attend the scheduled mentorship call(s).

  • You must implement the steps given during the mentorship.

If you attend and implement but still do not get the result promised for that specific mentorship program, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

When requesting a mentorship refund, include:

  • The mentorship program name

  • The date(s) you attended

  • A brief summary of what you implemented

5. Delivery or access problems

If you paid but did not receive access, contact support first. We will try to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve it, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

7. How refunds are processed

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not control processing delays.

8. Chargebacks

Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can help.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access and restrictions on future purchases.
